Oatley Red Bear Preschool is a family run boutique early learning centre with an Exceeding rating. With the owner working in the centre, it is a collaborative working environment. We nurture and invest in our teams and provide a real family experience for our employees. We have an established management team that have worked together for over 17 years. We cater for 39 children aged 2-5 years old per day.

Qualifications & Experience

• Will work and study towards a Cert III in Childcare via an Australian Apprenticeship.
• Is an excellent communicator, with well-developed written and verbal skills.
• Proven willingness to learn and improve.
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care.
• Drive for professional success.
• Full Time work commitment with flexibility of hours between 7.30am-5.30pm.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for families and support them to feel a sense of belonging to our community.
• Receive 3 hours paid study time per week during work hours.
• Supporting educators with providing high quality care and education.
• Commitment to early years learning and best practice.

• Salary Package ABOVE the award after probation period
• Receive government bonus payments
• Position is permanent full-time or part-time, with a monthly rostered day off (RDO).
• Our hours of operation are 7.30am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
• Plenty of parking is available and we are a 7 minute walk to Oatley Railway station and shopping village.
• Time in lieu for team meetings
