About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Reception and Admin Assistant to join a law firm on the Lower North Shore. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality reception and administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining a well-organised and tidy reception area
- Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
- Supporting lawyers with various tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
