About the role

Sydney aesthetic lounge is seeking an experienced Laser Therapist to join our team in Smithfield, NSW. As a Laser Therapist, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective laser treatments to our clients. This is a casual role with 3-5 days work, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding job with a work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

• Perform a range of laser treatments, including hair removal, tattoo removal skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation reduction & advanced skin treatments such as skin needling, chemical peel, hydro facials and microdermabrasion.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and desired outcomes
• Develop and implement customised treatment plans to achieve the best results for each client
• Ensure all treatments are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to industry standards and protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Laser Therapist
• Proficient in the use of various candela laser ALEX & YAG devices for a range of aesthetic treatments
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience for each client
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering safe and effective treatments
• Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A passion for the beauty and aesthetic industry
• Current Australian Laser Safety Officer certification or diploma in Beauty
