They are looking to hire a new Workshop & Warehouse Supervisor. This exciting & challenging position would suit a solution-focussed, technically minded problem solver, from a machining, fitting, logistics, and/or procurement background.

Key responsibilities:

• As a key member of their maintenance and production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, managing parts inventory, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• Manage parts inventory, including ordering, invoicing, receiving, storing, and issuing parts.
• Troubleshooting parts issues for customers and then sourcing the relevant parts while providing technical guidance to the workshop team.
• Job pack creation and parts picking.
• Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
