Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and reassemble laptops and desktops for troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform component-level repairs on PCs, including soldering tasks.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics, testing, and repairs.
• Replace faulty components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and other peripherals.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards and within specified timeframes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in computer repair.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in laptop and desktop disassembly and repair.
• Proficient in soldering and component-level PC repairs.
• Strong knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
• Valid visa to work in Australia.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Mac Technician) are a plus.
