A flexible full-time position is available in a local independent optometry practice.

We seek a mature self-motivated person with experience in retail sales and administration.
You will join a small team providing exceptional eyecare to our clients.

You will welcome clients, book appointments and assist clients select eyewear.
You will perform administrative tasks required in the day to day operation of a retail optometry clinic, including processing sales, processing orders, preparing banking, data entry, stock ordering and receiving.

We seek an applicant with an appreciation of fashion and style, ​who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

A warm approachable manner and the ability to converse comfortably with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal.

Experience in the optical or allied health industry is an advantage.

Must be available to work Saturdays.

Up to date vaccination status is required.

We are an ethical practice. There are no weekly sales targets to meet and no high pressure sales.
