Your Responsibilities

• Convert leads provided to you from the Sales team
• Source and generate leads for new business
• Conduct Entry Condition Reports (when required)
• Work Monday – Saturday with a Rostered Day Off (RDO) midweek
• Schedule and conduct midweek & Saturday open homes
• Assist Property Managers with ad-hoc tasks
• Onboard new tenancies
• Draft and manage Residential Tenancy Agreements
• Create and lodge rental bonds

What You’ll Need

• NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Reliable car & valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills across all platforms
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proactive, can-do attitude, with aspirations to become a Property Manager
• Previous experience in leasing or reception (essential)
