About us:

Advanced Electrolysis Melbourne (AEM) is a boutique electrolysis clinic established in Richmond, Victoria. AEM has quickly grown its client base and reputation and is now wishing to further expand the service and we aim to recruit additional electrolysis practitioners (two part-time or one full-time).

We specialise in providing galvanic electrolysis to our diverse clientele in a warm and friendly environment.

Your Role:

AEM is looking for well-presented and engaging staff who similarly share our passion for working with a diverse clientele in a caring, professional manner to meet their hair removal goals and treatment expectations.

The role includes assessing client hair removal needs and developing and following through with their individually tailored treatment plans to meet/exceed their expectations.

Interested applicants will have the flexibility to negotiate their roster and will be available to undertake at least one evening per week (finishing by 7.30pm) and be available to work on Saturdays (finishing no later than 5pm) as required.

Your Skills and Experience:

Our positions can suit a range of people (including nurses and dermal therapists – or others wanting a career change) who don’t necessarily have a background in our method.

You will be well-presented, friendly, and a confident communicator.

While you may have a formal qualification in Beauty Therapy or experience in Electrolysis work, this is not a pre-requisite. Provided you have a strong commitment to professionalism, and enthusiasm to become an effective electrolysis practitioner, we will be able to quickly train and support you to become technically and operationally proficient in galvanic electrolysis.

You will also have Australian employment rights and be able to provide 2 professional references who can attest to your skills and attributes.

If training in our method is required, you will be engaged for the initial training week/s on an applicable industry training rate while you complete requisite online modules and the necessary in-clinic, hands-on electrolysis experience.
