Above Expectations is a long-standing garden maintenance company specialising in body corporate, commercial and industrial sites across the North Side of Brisbane.

We require an additional Team Member to join our seriously awesome team.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Immediate Start

Team Member Salary Package: Based on experience and skill $60k-$66k + bonuses

Team Member Responsibilities

• Support your Team Leader to ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard.
• General garden maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, weed spraying and looking after the gear

About You

• Experience in garden maintenance across a range of tasks carried out at residential and commercial properties
• A team player with an upbeat attitude and enthusiasm for what you do
• Solid work ethic – punctual, reliable, honest and accountable
• A friendly manner, with strong communication skills to liaise with teammates and clients
• A keen eye for detail
• Must have current driver's license
