Environmental Coordinator
- Circa $105,000 - $125,000 + Super, Environmental Coordinator role, based in Richmond OR Liverpool.
- A fantastic Environmental Coordinator opportunity for a driven individual, looking to develop their career. With excellent training and development opportunities, this position will be working across a variety of civil engineering projects, working closely with site teams to continually elevate Environmental standards and practices.

About the Company
This company works on a variety of large-scale projects nationally, across construction, civil engineering and infrastructure. Their established Environmental team is currently growing, to support their growing portfolio of projects, and ensure their Environmental standards are upheld and continually improved, across each of their sites. As such, they are currently looking to onboard an Environmental Coordinator to provide support on one of their major civil engineering projects in Sydney.
About the role
This role will involve delivering day to day site-based Environmental responsibilities, by building strong relationships and trust throughout the site teams. The company are continually working to ensure environmental impacts are at the forefront of their decisions, and as such this role is paramount to ensuring this is upheld, to help work towards their values and goals.
Duties
- Delivering Environmental and Sustainability policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation.
- Visiting sites and engaging with everyone from site teams to managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical Environmental and Sustainability related enquires.
- Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Constantly seeking areas for improvement and development in Environmental performance.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar role ideally within civil engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Experience implementing environmental and sustainability policies, in line with relevant legislative requirements.
- Degree or equivalent in Environmental Management / Science / Engineering, or related study
- Experience establishing and maintain good working relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
