Our client, a mid-tier law firm is thriving in the legal services sector and boasts a rich history and stellar reputation. The firm fosters a close-knit environment where every staff member is familiar with one another, creating a boutique atmosphere infused with the modern amenities typical of a mid-tier firm.

Currently, our client is seeking a enthusiastic and passionate property lawyer with a minimum of 3-4 years of post-admission experience. The role would suit a lawyer keen to collaborate closely with the Principals, handling tasks independently and effectively delegating responsibilities to junior team members.

You will have demonstrated experience in;

• sales, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial, industrial and residential properties
• retail and commercial leasing
• corporate, commercial or project financed transactions
• property development (including off the plan) residential, commercial, apartments, and stamp duty.

To be successful in this role, you will need to exhibit;
