About the Role
As the Property Manager, you will take charge of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, ensuring seamless property management services for landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a dedicated team and state-of-the-art systems, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties with efficiency and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Conduct routine property inspections, entry and exit condition reports, and manage maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, arrears management, and compliance with relevant legislation.
• Provide expert advice to clients to maximize their property investment returns.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

About You
We are seeking a seasoned property management professional with a proven track record of success. To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in property management, with senior-level expertise preferred.
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or License (essential).
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Proficiency in property management software
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
