Reel Mower Solutions WA is a lawn mower repair, servicing and retail business operating out of Rockingham. We have been in business since 2019 and have continued to grow and develop the business during this time.

Due to the business growing and expanding we are now requiring a skilled Full-Time or Part-Time Small Engine Technician to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

- Diagnosing and repairing engines and machines including, lawn mowers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and other outdoor power equipment.

- Performing routine maintenance and services to ensure optimal performance and safety of the equipment.

- Ordering and installing spare parts and accessories as required.

- Maintaining workshop jobs and tech notes.

- Providing excellent customer service and advice, including loading and unloading machines for customers.

- Keeping the workshop and/or showroom clean and organized.

- Working as part of a friendly and professional team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience, in outdoor power equipment technology, spare parts or equivalent qualification.

- Previous experience as a small engine mechanic.

- General computer knowledge. (Experience using Biscount desired).

- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

- A passion for outdoor power equipment and a willingness to learn new skills.

- Attention to detail, dexterity, mechanical expertise, and troubleshooting skills.

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, including Saturdays if and when required.
