They are looking for a Payroll Officer to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity. The position is based in Macquarie Park/Chatswood conveniently located near the metro/train station, with the option for hybrid WFH (work-from-home). The Role

Reporting through to the Payroll Manager, your tasks will include:

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing
• Respond to payroll queries in a timely manner
• Assist with payroll calculations and general duties such as maintaining employee database, entering new hires, terminations, changes in employment status etc.
• Ensure all relevant awards are adhered to.
• Administer employee payroll and records, including engagement, deductions, superannuation allowances, reimbursements, leave and other related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll related legislation
• Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business.
• Process payroll adjustments and corrections as needed.
