We are seeking a Head of Property Management to join our growing team. What You'll Do:

🔹 Lead a High-Performing Team
You’ll be at the helm of our Property Management team, guiding them to success by setting clear KPIs, mentoring, and encouraging personal growth. You’ll inspire the team to achieve excellence while ensuring accountability, process adherence, and continuous improvement.

🔹 Shape Our Property Management Strategy
You’ll be instrumental in growing our rent roll, working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to hit exciting new business targets. By implementing creative growth initiatives, you’ll drive our department’s success, and enhance the experience for both clients and tenants.

🔹 Ensure Excellence in Service Delivery
From handling complaints to ensuring adherence to processes, your focus on delivering high-quality service will shine through. You’ll drive operational excellence, lead performance reviews, and implement new strategies to streamline our processes.

🔹 Build Strong Relationships with Clients and Team
Foster a positive and engaged environment within the team and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and head office. You’ll be the bridge between the office and clients, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless experience for all.

🔹 Empower and Grow Your Team
You’ll be responsible for their ongoing development, from overseeing training and onboarding new hires to coaching them on career pathways. Your leadership will help cultivate a culture of growth, teamwork, and success.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: You’re an experienced Property Manager or a senior leader in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of legislation, compliance, and property management processes.

- Leadership: You’ve led teams to success, mentored and coached individuals to achieve their best, and can inspire a group to achieve collective goals.

- Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to engage with people—whether it’s clients, team members, or stakeholders—sets you apart. You know how to communicate clearly, with empathy and understanding.

- High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You’re approachable, emotionally intelligent, and a natural leader who can balance the needs of your team while pushing for results.

- Attention to Detail & Organization: You have a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to managing time, tasks, and processes efficiently.

- Licensing & Qualifications: A current Property Management License/Registration is a must, along with a valid Driver’s License.
