Tradewind are working with a highly regarded independent, co-educational Christian school near Kellyville who are looking for a TAS teacher to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position starting in term 1, 2025. Become a member of the esteemed TAS faculty and develop engaging, skills driven programs of learning. Demonstrated Experience and Skills

• Qualifications to teach Engineering, Software Engineering or Computing Technology
• Demonstrated strategies to cater for a variety of learners and respond to a dynamic learning environment
• Desire to work as part of the wider school team
• Evidence of a relational approach to colleagues, students, and parents
• Effective organisation and ability to fulfil administrative and assessment requirements of a teaching role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to achieve strong academic results
• A strong understanding of and commitment to Christian education and the Christian development of students

Prerequisites:

• Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
• Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
• Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references
