The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in delivering our training programs covering a range of topics, including products, services, and professional skills, with a strong focus on product features, applications, and system technologies.

Be the master of your domain where you will be responsible for technical training in Construction and Forestry products of John Deere, allowing you to directly influence the skills and capabilities of our dealer technicians.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with both our local and global teams to customize training programs for the Australia-New Zealand market.

Role Objectives:

  • Lead the development and adaptation of content, training materials and activities for technical classes.
  • Create a dynamic learning environment and develop lessons, activities, and assessments to ensure high-quality results for dealers.
  • You will be responsible for the overall success of the programs and continuously review and improve training outcomes.
  • Stay current on training topics and industry developments to enhance your subject matter expertise in products, applications, machine systems, and professional skills.

About you:

With a strong passion for technical training and adult education, you are an energetic self-starter and an excellent team player.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in training or a background in technical or product applications.
  • Awareness of the Construction industry and associated technology
  • Exceptional, engaging communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience in leading and facilitating training and are comfortable managing the room
  • A desire to learn, an inquisitive nature, and the ability to self-evaluate and embrace continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
