Our client are a privately owned company developing and building landmark projects in WA. With current high-profile projects underway in the Southern suburbs, they are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their highly skilled team.
Key Responsibilities
- Built and maintain business relationships with clients, suppliers, stakeholders and other parties
- Assist with finalising contracts and arranging agreements
- Analyse tenders/quotes, make recommendations to cost project and finalise accurate estimates
- Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Contract Administration, within commercial construction desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to interpret plans and drawing
