Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for accountants who want to leverage their technical expertise while focusing on client management and business advisory services. It is a work-from-home position with occasional client visits and involvement in workshops and training sessions. Preference will be given to Melbourne-based candidates for in-person interactions.
Required Qualifications
- CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years’ experience in public accounting
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of professional services and CPD requirements
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies
Preferred Experience
- Experience in practice management or client portfolio management
- Background in advisory services or business consulting
- Knowledge of accounting practice workflows
- Experience mentoring or leading client-facing teams
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Track and analyse client interactions using HubSpot CRM.
Program Management & Delivery:
- Oversee professional development programs, including leadership workshops and accelerator courses.
Consulting & Advisory Services:
- Support recruitment, marketing, and business advisory services.
- Assist with buy, sell, and merger advisory services.
Technology & Systems Management:
- Receive training in HubSpot CRM, Kajabi, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom Events, Monday.com, and Canva.
Event Management & Analytics:
- Coordinate live and virtual events.
- Track client engagement and analyse feedback for continuous improvement.
Professional Growth Opportunities:
