Senior Business Analyst - UAM
Location: Sydney, 3 days office attendance
Job Type: 12M day rate contract
Rate: $1000 to $1100 inclusive of super p.d

Role Overview:
We are seeking a SailPoint Senior Business Analyst with experience in connectors (inc Active directory), understanding role-based access workflows, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, integration processes, and workflow management, without needing deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage application integrations within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Understand and review role-based access workflows to ensure proper access provisioning.
• Work with CyberArk or similar PAM tools to manage generic accounts and ensure secure privileged access.
• Conduct end-to-end integration reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to optimize IAM workflows.
• Ensure smooth integration processes without the need for extensive technical configuration.

Requirements:

• 8 + years Business Analysis experience
• UAM or similar program delivery within highly governed organisations
• 3+ years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of application integration and UAM workflows.
• Experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions for privileged account management.
• Ability to review and optimize access workflows without deep coding or technical configuration.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
