About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Senior Developer with at least 8 years of experience to join our team. This role will require close collaboration with the entire project team, including Pega Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful development and implementation of Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have a CLSA certification and be familiar with the Pega Governance and Process (PGP) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the entire project team to design, develop, and implement Pega applications that align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Pega Architects, Business Analysts, and other team members to ensure solutions meet technical and business needs.
  • Participate in the design and technical architecture of Pega applications, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, providing ongoing support for issues and enhancements.
  • Ensure that all solutions are compliant with Pega's best practices and standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to requirement analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 8 years of experience in Pega development, with expertise in the Pega Platform.
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
  • Familiarity with the Pega Governance and Process (PGP) framework is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of Pega rules, UI components, activities, data integration, and security models.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Pega Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and others.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Ability to contribute to solution discussions and make technical recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
