FS Equipment is looking for quality Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our growing team.

The experienced Diesel Fitter position involves strip, report and service/rebuild of a variety of components. Primarily marine and mobile mining equipment.

Your duties will include:

• Diesel engine, transmission and component strip/inspect/report, midlife and rebuilds
• Cummins/Caterpillar/John Deere/Kessler/Twin Disc/Spicer and many others
• Maintaining detailed records of stripped and assembled components
• Generating tailored solutions to customer application issues

To be considered for this position you must have:

• Relevant Trade Qualifications, Heavy Diesel Fitter or similar
• High level of technical ability & industry knowledge
• Reliable transport – HR licence an advantage
• Own hand tools

Preferred experience:

• Recent component rebuild experience
• Previous OEM training/experience
• Marine and mining mobile plant experience
