About the role

Specsavers Rowville is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant or Cert IV Optical Dispenser to join our team. This full-time position is located in Rowville, VIC 3178 and offers a competitive salary, excellent career development opportunities, and the chance to be part of a supportive, friendly team.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and optical advice to our patients
• Assisting with frame selection, measurements, and dispensing of spectacles
• Maintaining accurate records and stock levels
• Supporting the Optical Team with various administrative tasks
• Promoting the Specsavers brand and contributing to a positive store environment

What we're looking for

• A completed Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or equivalent experience as an Optical Assistant
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt
• A passion for the optical industry and a desire to provide excellent patient care
