The Position:

In the role of Leasing Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Organise and attend open for inspections
• Take rental enquiries and follow up via email and phone
• Process rental applications and reference check tenants
• Prepare lease agreements and sign-up new tenants
• Liaise with PM team throughout the leasing process
• Advertise and update property listings online

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A passion for real estate and a vision to progress your career long-term
• Personality traits: bubbly, switched on, motivated, driven
• Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
• Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to cope with a high-volume workload
• First-class written and verbal communication skills
• A valid driver's licence and reliable car
• Local knowledge a plus!
