Unique & exciting opportunity to secure a Regional Manager's position overseeing a portfolio of aged care residences across Newcastle & the Mid-North Coast. About the role:

You will be responsible for providing support, direction and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the provider's portfolio of services, ensuring that residents, employees and other third-party outcomes are met. You will work alongside other Senior Managers and Facility Managers to ensure that exceptional services are delivered throughout each facility.

To be successful you must have:

• Nursing qualifications and AHPRA registration ideally
• Extensive management experience
• Strategy implementation experience
• Good experience across financial management & budgets and the aged care standards
• Extensive experience across Accreditations, Aged Care & legislation & OHS
• High-level communication skills
• Fantastic Leadership skills
