About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver with Crane Operator experience to join our team at Gold Coast Crane Trucks & Transport in Arundel, Queensland. This is a casual position that offers flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. As a Truck Driver & Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of various materials and equipment to support our construction projects across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate and maintain a range of heavy vehicles, including semi-trailers, rigid trucks and crane trucks
• Load, secure and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Comply with all relevant road transport regulations and safety protocols
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, loads and delivery times
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
• Valid CV Crane Licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy vehicles in a construction or logistics setting
• Strong understanding of road safety, load restraint and vehicle maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements
