About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing contracts, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project delivery. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team, you’ll oversee project finances, variations, procurement, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator (residential or commercial)
• Strong understanding of construction contracts & procurement
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track
• A keen eye for detail, budgeting, and compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
