Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment has partnered with a well established aged care organisations who are looking for Registered Nurses to join their team in Launceston, Burnie and Devonport!

The positions will suit a progressive Registered Nurse with prior expertise seeking career advancement and looking to step up to leadership or registered nurses with at least 12 months experience looking for a new challenge!

The Role

As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing both the clinical and operational delivery of person centered care, ensuring the residents are at the heart of what you do. You will lead a team of carers and nurses to create a collaborative working environment as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will utilise your clinical skills whilst adhering to aged care quality standards and combine your business operational skills to make sure the facility seamlessly. Ultimately, you will ensure a safe environment within the facilities and strive to improve the resident's quality of life!

Skills & Experience

• AHPRA registration
• Must be onshore in Australia currently with full working rights (PR, Citizen, Partner VISA, 482 Sponsored, 485 graduate VISA)
• 12 months experience in Australia as a registered nurse (aged care preferred but all disciplines!)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A keen eye for problem solving and providing effective solutions under pressure
• Delegate tasks, duties and responsibilities commensurate with the skill mix on every shift
