Crimson Finch is a cozy little craft brewery in
sunny Yeppoon, QLD, where we're all about crafting brews that everyone can enjoy - whether it's a classic style or something a bit different. We are into traditional beer styles with a modern twist, and our Wild Goose canning machine lets us share a wide variety of beers all year long. There is plenty of space for innovation though.

Since we opened our doors in October 2023, Crimson Finch has become a lively seaside hangout, bringing great beer to the good folks of the Capricorn Coast. Now, we're looking for an experienced brewer to jump in and help us
keep up with growing demand. In our small,
close-knit team, every day is a little different. You'll get hands-on with everything from wort production and tank cleaning to canning and keg filling. It's a great chance to dive into all
parts of the brewing process and grow with us as we expand.

About You…

• As the successful applicant you will mainly work in Yeppoon, QLD, 4703.
• You have a minimum 2 years commercial brewing experience. Formal Brewing/Distilling qualifications highly advantageous
• You are physically fit and capable of carrying 25kg bags of malt and moving 50L kegs of beer
• You are motivated by the prospect of working in a family-run business alongside colleagues who are passionate about making and serving our own range of craft beers.
• You understand that the brewery is very well established and brews a wide range of beers, including our core range, seasonal beers and small batch beers

Flexible Hours Available:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions.

Daily Responsibilities:
As part of our brewing team, you'll take on a variety of essential tasks, including:

Grist preparation & milling

Wort production
Recipe development
Cellaring and tank cleaning (CIP)

Canning & kegging, with setup and pack- down of equipment
Sensory evaluation and beer quality checks. Storing of raw materials and packaged beer
Keeping the brewery clean and organized

Guide a brewery tour and two days a week in brewery bar to chat to customers and serve beers.
Record keeping and batch information administration
Adhering to safety protocols in all tasks

Your Package…

• Salary negotiable, depending on experience, with discretionary bonuses and sales incentives to make a very attractive package.
• Full Time Hours, 5 days/week
