About the Role

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Facility Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a small aged care home in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Manager or a strong Registered Nurse stepping up into a leadership role.

As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical oversight and operational leadership of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents. You will lead and support a skilled team, build strong relationships with residents and families, and drive continuous improvement throughout the home.

About You

We are looking for a passionate leader who brings:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registration) required
• Experience in Aged Care (Facility Manager, Care Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator/specialist
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Experience in accreditation & compliance management
• Extra education & qualifications highly regarded
