We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help us expand our reach and impact in the community.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in Townsville on a Permanent Full-Time basis as a Business Devlopment Manager.

Position Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at All About Mobility, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. Your mission will be to enhance our presence in the Townsville region and beyond by developing partnerships and collaborating with healthcare providers, institutions, and potential clients to deliver best-in-class mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market share and establish new partnerships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet client needs.
  • Provide expert knowledge of mobility solutions to educate and assist potential clients.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand brand visibility.
  • Maintain and update client database and provide regular reports on business development progress.
  • Support the sales team with training and coaching to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles (experience in the healthcare or mobility industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
