A Registered Training Organization that offers accredited courses with a focus on Automotive, Project Management, Carpentry, Commercial Cookery, and Leadership courses, is looking to fill multiple vacancies on immediate basis. Our campuses are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, with easy proximity to local and public transport within a walkable distance which is favorable for staff and students. Our courses are designed in such a way that students can be certain that the skills and learnings will be relevant to their workplace and will be helpful for their career growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an excellent person with experience, skills, and the right mindset to work with us and be the witness of our growth in Perth. We are currently hiring for following Position -
- Trainer and Assessor - Automotive Course - Full Time
About You:
The successful candidate will have qualifications and experience relevant to their respective roles
Candidates applying for Trainer and Assessor roles must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116).
Other Skills required:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Standards for Registered Training Organizations (RTOs) 2015.
- Previous experience working in an RTO environment.
- Ability to work in, and lead a team.
- Experience in using an RTO student management system (aXcelerate or other similar).
- Able to work in multi-disciplined teams in a reliable and highly professional manner.
- Ability to work with the RTO Operations Manager in a collaborative and informative manner.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills with a strong working knowledge of computer applications, including Outlook and Microsoft Office packages (Word and Excel).
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- High level of integrity and strong moral principles.
- Valid full time Australian work rights
Qualifications :
- Experience working within the education sector ideal.
- A proactive team player with a positive, can do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
