Shellby Power is seeking a full time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Archerfield QLD. The successful candidate will bring experience, strong leadership skills, and a positive attitude to the operation of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a small team responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse. The role involves overseeing receiving, inventory and distribution processes, in a timely, safe, and cost effective manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to make a real impact in a busy warehouse. The position offers stability and growth potential. The Successful candidate will be proactive and comfortable leading by example and is not afraid to get involved in the day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Book transport via online portals.
• Ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe and organised warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Hands-on pick packing: You will be an active member of the team, participating in picking and packing activities as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

About the Successful Candidate

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to participate in all warehouse activities, including pick packing.
• High risk licence / Fork lift licence.
