About the Role:

Videopro works on the cutting edge of workplace and learning technologies, including AV, control, data and analytics, IOT and automation. We work to enhance our customers' lives through technology and service in their workplace, school or university.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your purpose is to prepare product orders for dispatching with high accuracy and care. This is a fast-paced environment where success depends on working promptly and delivering efficient outcomes with an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be a pivotal part of the logistics and warehouse team, working closely with the team to pack online deliveries in readiness for dispatching and assisting with stock counts and general cleaning duties.

As this role involves working with multiple customers, delivery drivers, and internal stakeholders, you must be able to multi-task, enjoy working in a busy environment, and manage priorities well, but over and above, you must have a friendly ‘can-do’ attitude.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Pick and pack products in readiness for dispatching
• Clean and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with stock counting with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to meet and greet customers and provide collections support as required
• Work within a team to achieve outcomes with others
• Self-driven to keep busy and prioritise your workload with effective time management
