We are seeking a Junior Property Law Solicitor who wants to scale their career and ultimate runs teams within our company. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing legal services and support to our clients across a range of commercial property purchases including contract review and lease review and drafting. The roles requires you to transact across australia - different states and you will be taught how to transact property law across australia.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation and review of commercial property contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Conducting property-related research and due diligence to support client transactions
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of matters
• Providing general legal advice and guidance to clients on property-related issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all client matters
• Contributing to the team's continuous improvement and innovation efforts
• This is an inhouse role with no billiable hours
• You main role is to facility the successful purchase of commercial property purchase

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to practice as a Solicitor in NSW
• 1-2 years' experience in the property law environment, preferably within a law firm or in-house legal team
• Strong understanding of property law and trust law foundations, including leasing, conveyancing, and related regulations
• Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in the use of legal research tools and case management software as well as word and google suites
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service
