About the role

This is a part-time Junior Warehouse Assistant position located in Waterloo, NSW 2017. As part of the Warehousing, Storage & Distribution team at AZTEC OFFICE NATIONAL PTY LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of the company's warehousing and logistics functions.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory
• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Support the warehouse team with general housekeeping and organisation tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Some previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a customer service role
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
