Experienced Cooks & Chefs

We require professionals for Z10 Finance Group Pty ltd t/a Dubbo Feast House Restaurant & Bar, Club House Hotel, Imperial Restaurant & Bar as full-time Cooks & Chefs in Dubbo Orana Region . We are looking for someone who is hard working, creative, organised and passionate about Australian , Italian, Indian,Thai cuisine.

Job Title: Cook

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipments
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Check food while cooking to stir or turn
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitiser and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as cook at least 1 years.(required)
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good communication skills
• Excellent physical condition and stamina
• Culinary degree or equivalent Certificate 3 in Cookery (Required)

Salary Package:

• Successful applicant will get $73,150 per year.
• Discounted Accomodation Facility
• This is a full-time position (38 hours per week)
• The candidate must be available to work on weekends.

Job Title : Chef

Key responsibilities:

• Kitchen Staff Supervision
• Food Preparation and Production
• Menu Planning and Development
• Quality Control
• Sanitation and Safety
• Inventory Management
• Collaboration with Other Departments
• Adaptability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef at least 2 years plus.(Required)
• Culinary degree or equivalent Certificate 4 in Cookery. (Required)
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HACCP.

Salary Package:

• Successful applicant will get $73,150 to $75,000 plus super depending on experience
• Discounted Accomodation Facility
• This is a full-time position (38 hours per week)
• The candidate must be available to work on weekends.
