Uconnex Community Services is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) approved provider that supports individuals of all ages with disabilities in Victoria and New South Wales.
Established in 2019, Uconnex has been working hard to provide disability support services that align with Victorian, New South Wales, and Commonwealth Government regulations.

THE ROLE
We currently have multiple vacancies for Disability Support Workers to join our team working with multiple clients in the Bendigo Region. We are looking for individuals available to work a rotating roster, including evenings, night shifts (active), and weekends. As a Disability Support Worker, your role will consist of but not be limited to the following tasks.
- Personal & Hygiene Care ratio
- Domestic Assistance
- Social Support & Community Access
- Medication Prompting & Assistance
To be considered for this position, you must already hold or be willing to obtain the following:
- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Drivers License with own transport and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- at least 6 months experience as Support Worker or Personal Care Assistant
As a successful applicant, you will work in a Team Environment, helping build the independence and capacity of SIL residents with psychological disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health, and physical needs.
