Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment where no two days are the same. Joining a large, dynamic team and reporting to a Credit Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end AR process. Your responsibilities will include manually uploading and sending invoices to suppliers, as well as onboarding and maintaining accounts with precision and efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge, loves problem-solving, and takes ownership of their work. Your strong AR expertise, analytical mindset, and ability to work autonomously will allow you to excel in this ever-evolving setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated portfolio of customers
• Collect and manage overdue accounts
• Send and upload supplier invoices
• Onboard and maintain customer accounts
• Handle all disputes and enquiries promptly and efficiently
• Data entry
• Customer Service
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer, preferably in a high-volume environment with exposure to manual end-to-end AR processes. A strong understanding of Accounts Receivable functions and procedures, along with confidence in navigating multiple legacy systems, is essential. Proficiency in intermediate Excel, coupled with accuracy in data entry, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset, will support success in this role. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
