Accounts Receivable Officer

Altitude is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer for a growing retail distributor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate account management.
• Monitor accounts, including credit limits, payments, claims, and ensure ledgers are up-to-date.
• Attend internal meetings with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to align accounts with sales targets.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (BDMs, Distribution Centre, and Customer Service) to achieve cash flow and debtor planning goals.
• Manage account setups, claims processing, and end-of-month reconciliations in SAP.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in relationship management, credit control, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and strong understanding of debtor management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and financial reports.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
