MWA Environmental is seeking an experienced Acoustic Engineer to join our well-established Environmental Engineering consulting firm which provides services to clients in the private, local and state government sectors on a diverse range of projects. We provide high standard working conditions and commensurate renumeration.

The position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis as suits the applicant. We are open to negotiation of flexible working arrangements for the right applicant.

The position is available due to the company's increasing workload which involves providing solutions for a diverse range of environmental acoustics projects.

The applicant will require:

• Experience in environmental acoustics, including transportation noise assessment
• Engineering degree and registration as an RPEQ
• Experience in using noise modelling software such as SoundPLAN, CadnaA
• Experience in undertaking noise monitoring surveys

The successful applicant will have high standard verbal and written communication skills.

A valid driver’s licence is required.

Salary and conditions will be negotiated based upon the experience and expertise of the applicant.

The successful applicant would be employed from our Brisbane CBD office.
