You will need the following skills and capabilities to be successful in this role.

• Lead a squad of professionals to delivery outcomes for our clients
• Develop product vision and roadmaps
• Refine and synthesise backlogs
• Using agile methods to elicit and maintain business requirements
• Engagement with key stakeholder and supplier management
• Creating documentation for scope and solution requirements in the form of Epics, Features, and Stories
• Ability to create and map business processes and customer journeys, including process re-engineering
