Salon Co-ordinator
ORBE Salons are looking for an enthusiastic salon co-ordinator for their salons on a Part-time or Full-time basis. The ideal candidate would be energetic with a "can do'' attitude and approach to their work. You should possess strong leadership abilities and be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of customer care, process and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will need to be highly organised and required to supervise and coordinate staff members, greet and tend to customers, manage the appointment schedules, and oversee the daily activities to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the salon.

Responsibilities
- Represent the ORBE salon brand, front of house, face to face and on the phone
- Supervise, motivate and encourage 10+ salon team members, daily. Ranging from Salon Seniors to apprentices.
- Responsible for building brand loyalty and creating incentives for targets reached by your team.
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve their professional and personal goals. This includes KPI’s, targets and completing tasks on time etc
- Training staff on new systems, policies, and best practices.
- Supervising the appointment booking and cancellation schedules.
- Attending to complaints and queries
- Managing the ordering and stock control of equipment and supplies, including consumables, office supplies and sales products
- Meeting with the management team to develop operations, sales and marketing strategies
- Managing the petty cash, POS system and operational budgets.
- Ensuring that the salon is kept clean and organised

About the Role:
As a Salon Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of our salons. You will be responsible for leading and motivating our team, managing appointment schedules, overseeing daily operations, and providing an exceptional level of customer service. This position is ideal for a proactive, fashion-forward individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for hair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the welcoming face of ORBE, professionally representing our brand both in person and over the phone.
Supervise, motivate, and support a team of over 10 salon professionals, from senior stylists to apprentices.
Drive brand loyalty and implement incentive programs to achieve sales and service targets.
Inspire and guide the team to reach both professional and personal growth objectives, including KPIs and performance targets.
Train staff on new systems, policies, and industry best practices.
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and client communications efficiently.
Address and resolve client concerns to guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction.
Oversee stock control and the ordering of equipment, consumables, and retail products.
Collaborate with the management team to develop operational, sales, and marketing strategies.
Handle petty cash, POS systems, and operational budgets with accuracy.
Ensure the salon environment remains clean and organised inviting.
