About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to coordinate, manage and supervise the AO3 and AO2 administrative support services attached to Peri-operative Services, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Co-ordinate, lead and manage administrative activities and resources of the Department to provide efficient and effective utilisation of administrative support services.
• Implement and monitor staff rotation to ensure multi-skilling, including direct supervision of day to day operational procedures as required.
• Prepare and present recommendations for service delivery and development, including resource utilisation, new and replacement equipment and additional funding, in consultation with the Director and the Department's Management Advisory Group.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures for the Department as appropriate.
