Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

As the Senior Administration Officer you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team in our Emergency Centre department, providing a tailored service through administrative support, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.

What makes a difference for us?

• Highly Desirable to have Emergency Centre Administration experience
• Previous experience in a medical setting or hospital environment.
• You will have previous experience in scheduling.
• Experience with SAP - Desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in written communication
• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your day-to-day work
• An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as required
