Thisfirm is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our dynamic team, contributing to the firm’s ongoing success and providing top-tier support in a collaborative and rewarding environment.

THE ROLE
In this role, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Apply technical knowledge to efficiently resolve faults and ensure minimal disruption.
- Offer technical support and advice to end users, addressing queries and troubleshooting problems.
- Provide IT support during internal/external seminars and training sessions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Respond to calls from internal clients and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Communicate progress of inquiries to users from receipt to closure, ensuring clear updates.
- Maintain and update the helpdesk call system, tracking and documenting issues appropriately.
- Provide detailed ticket information and escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Manage loan equipment and asset tracking, assist with IT training for Sydney staff, and ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed.

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Law Firm.
- Exposure/experience in the following: Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Intune ,Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Basic Networking, Call logging software, Telephone Support
- Excellent communicator, able to provide clear technical support and guidance to end users and maintain strong working relationships.
- Detail-oriented and committed to upholding cybersecurity best practices, ensuring the protection of systems and sensitive information.
