The Role
With exciting growth, the team is expanding! As the CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising customer retention strategies through targeted email, SMS, and push notification campaigns. Reporting to senior stakeholders, this role will focus on increasing customer lifetime value, improving repeat purchase rates, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing email and SMS campaignsto drive retention and customer loyalty.
- Implementing customer segmentation strategies to personalise communication and maximise engagement.
- Managing and optimising automated retention workflows, including abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns.
- Executing and refining daily push notification strategies to improve user retention.
- Conducting A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise messaging and offers.
- Using Analytics insights to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborating with eCommerce, marketing, and customer service teams to align retention strategies with business objectives.
Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in retention marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, or email/SMS marketing.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo and similar email/SMS automation platforms.
- Proficiency in customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing for performance-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements in digital marketing.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with strong project management skills.
