The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and user-focused Product Owner to lead a crucial project aimed at enhancing offerings for the community. This is a community-facing project, including the development of multiple services. The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in the ongoing transformation efforts. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to attend the CBD office 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of digital products with a focus on community engagement.
• Manage user-centric designs and product builds.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate CMS and other systems to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Support and work within an Agile environment, ensuring timely product deliveries.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong blend of Product Owner expertise and stakeholder engagement skills. We are seeking candidates who are highly collaborative, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Your profile should demonstrate:

• Experience as a Product Owner, with a background in digital, e-commerce, or similar areas.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic technical experience.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Atlassian, and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience in managing projects that involve cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
• Excellent people skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels
