Our client, a successful provider of commercial insurance based in South Melbourne requires a motivated and hardworking Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their team.

Working on the fringe of the CBD with onsite parking provided, this opportunity invites you to join a tight-knit team of broking specialists where you will be exposed to a wide range of commercial insurance products, including truck, fleet and marine insurance, business insurance, personal accident and illness, and a range of general insurance products.

The salary on offer is $110k - $160k plus super negotiable (based on experience), plus EOFY bonuses upon meeting of KPIs.

This is a full-time, permanent role in a great location, with on-site parking provided.

Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:

• You must be a true Broker, with the ability to run your own book of business.
• Skilled in risk identification within client business to propose new insurance solutions.
• Possess excellent new business development skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Customer service skills - the ability to liaise with clients and effectively utilise underwriter relationships.
• The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Tier 1 qualified.
• MUST have completed a RG146 insurance broking accreditation.
