About The Role

We are seeking a positive and energetic Client Success Manager to join our growing Client Success team. Reporting to the General Manager and working with the Leadership Team, the role is key to delivering our exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with operations and leadership to continuously enhance our service offerings, resolve issues promptly, and explore new opportunities for our clients.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and questions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Act swiftly to resolve client issues, ensuring minimal disruption to their services.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate and act on new opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of both the client and our company.

You will receive training, mentorship and have exposure to a large number of technologies and solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate will bring an outgoing, resilient personality to the role, with a genuine “can do” attitude, with a strong attention to detail and well-developed relationship-building skills.

  • Proven experience in client management, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving shared goals.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally (and listening) and written
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine desire to encourage and mentor others
  • General knowledge of the IT industry
  • The ability to handle escalation scenarios and manage customer expectations.
  • Be reliable, punctual, well organised and presented.
  • Has desire to work within a growing business and be rewarded for their success.
  • Will have a valid driver's license and the legal right to work in Australia.
